Terms & Conditions We maintain transparent policies to ensure smooth transactions: Visit Charge – ₹2000/- only one time. Brokerage for Lease – One month of rent (non-negotiable). Brokerage for Lease Payment – 50% payable after deal finalization or advance transfer to owner. 50% payable after signing of MOU/Agreement. Brokerage for Sale/Purchase – 2% applicable for deals below ₹1 Crore. 1% applicable for deals above ₹1 Crore.
