2. Brokerage for Lease – One month of rent (non-negotiable).

3. Brokerage for Lease Payment –

   • 50% payable after deal finalization or advance transfer to owner.

   • 50% payable after signing of MOU/Agreement.

4. Brokerage for Sale/Purchase –

   • 2% applicable for deals below ₹1 Crore.

   • 1% applicable for deals above ₹1 Crore.

5. Handover & Possession – Both parties are responsible for property possession.
